By purchasing Apex Crypto Agent ("the Product"), you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before completing your order.

1. License

Upon confirmed payment, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Apex Crypto Agent source code for your own trading activities. This license is issued to a single named individual (the purchaser) and is non-assignable.

Each copy of the source code delivered is uniquely watermarked with the buyer's name, email address, and order reference. This watermark is embedded in the code at the time of delivery and serves as a permanent record of ownership.

2. Prohibited Uses

You may NOT:

Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the source code or any part of it — in original or modified form
Share, upload, or transmit the code to any other individual, group, or platform
Post the code publicly (GitHub, forums, file-sharing sites, Telegram groups, etc.)
Use the code to build a competing commercial product or service
Claim authorship of the software
Remove, alter, or obfuscate the embedded watermark or any copyright/license notices
Transfer your license to another person under any circumstance

Any violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of your license, forfeiture of any refund rights, and may result in legal action to recover damages.

3. No Financial Advice

Apex Crypto Agent is a software tool, not financial advice. Past performance shown on our website does not guarantee future results. Cryptocurrency trading carries a high risk of loss. You are solely responsible for any trading decisions made using this software.

4. No Warranty

The Product is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee:

Profitability or positive trading results
Uninterrupted or error-free operation
Compatibility with future versions of exchanges or Python

You use the software at your own risk.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or other damages arising from your use of the Product. Your total remedy is limited to the amount you paid for the Product.

6. Delivery

Digital files are delivered to the email address you provide at the time of purchase, within a few hours of payment verification. It is your responsibility to provide a valid, accessible email address.

7. Refunds

Refund terms are governed by our Refund Policy. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to those terms.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs your order.
