Please read this policy carefully before purchasing. Because Apex Crypto Agent is a digital product (source code), our refund policy reflects the nature of digital goods.

No Refunds After Delivery

Once your bot files have been delivered to your email, we are unable to offer a refund. This is standard practice for digital software products — once the code is received, it cannot be "returned."

When a Refund May Be Issued

A full refund will be issued if:

Payment was confirmed but files were never delivered within 48 hours
You were charged the wrong amount due to our error
A duplicate payment was made for the same order

Not Covered by Refund

The bot did not perform as expected on your exchange account
Trading losses incurred while running the bot
Incompatibility with your operating system or Python version (setup guide is included)
Change of mind after delivery
Failure to read the product description before purchasing

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund under the conditions above, contact us within 48 hours of your payment via Telegram: @leolvn_91. Please include your order email and transaction hash.

Crypto Payments

All payments are made in cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20 or Binance Pay). Approved refunds will be returned to the same wallet address used for the original payment. Blockchain transaction fees are non-refundable.
